- M1Mar 123Jun 17, 20251.0FULL OF COCKROACHES! Dirty building, they do airbnbs in the building so there is always strangers walking around. And they're sneaky , they'll charge you $ when moving out even when you leave the apartment perfect

In the past, Fusion apartments, had a working outdoor TV at two pavilions, coffee machine for the residents, floating chairs in the pool and free Zumba classes. Now it seems that we have less privileges. I would say that it is still a good place to live, but those Amenities have been unavailable going on third summers without. I hope that the management can do something for us. Building ONE which is detached from the office is often is ignored, hallway and stairs are often dirty until reported.

The apartments themselves were spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. Overall, Fusion offers a luxurious and comfortable living experience that I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to reside in Jacksonville!
