  We lived here for a little over two years and it was okay I guess. The area is wonderful neighbors are friendly and it’s apartment living so some things are to be expected however we did have some minor annoyances with the apartment itself. First is the power, nowadays everything needs to be plugged in if you are working from home here be prepared that it is possible the breaker will automatically flip ALL THE TIME and turn off , we had maintenance come out and replace the breakers multiple times but at the end of the day they told us we have too much plugged in and it was just the way the buildings was built. Now my major complaint has to do with the ac unit just turning off randomly. This would happen about once a month and once a month maintenance would have to come clean and drain the unit, I asked maintenance if there was anything we could do about it and they said since we are on the first floor this just happens…. Great okay cool. Overall okay living, had some minor annoyances that we put up for two years with but can’t complain much about the place. I do want to say the staff is SO FRIENDLY AND AMAZING, in no way is it their fault the building wasn’t built great. Little upset that we got charged for chemical cleaning of the bathrooms due to hardwater damage when they supply the hard water but it is what it is.

  I would not recommend Fountainhead to anyone looking for a safe and reliable place for their family. My husband I were expecting our first baby so we needed to move into a bigger unit. Since we have been in our new unit, it has been nothing but torture. It was dirty (not probably cleaned) the shower would not even drain. We have constantly had problems with our AC not working. It will completely turn off, and we have been having this issue for 7 months (since the day we moved in- we walked in to a non working unit.) we now have a newborn and our AC unit still will randomly turn off. Despite us following all of the rules and regulations for the upkeep of our unit. (We change our filters twice a month, keep on auto ect) this creates such an unsafe environment for our newborn baby and no one is able to give us any answers on what the issue is. I have reached out to management multiple times with no answer or help and have even gone beyond them with no response to my calls or emails. We are counting down the days until our lease is up and we can leave without being charged an outrageous amount for wanting a safe home for our baby.

  Jessica, and Victoria were instrumental in my move-in and transition to apartment style living. Not only did they reassure me the facilities were safe, clean and quiet, they were very accommodating, considering my disability. Jessica showed me several units, until she helped me find the one that felt like "home". Victoria assisted me with making sure my electronic payments were received in a timely fashion and pet Phreeman was screened for his new home expeditiously so he didn't have to spend too many days at the shelter. Today, I live in peace with my pup, thanks to these two ladies and the rest of the wonderful staff at Fountainhead Apartments. I don't see myself living anywhere else. I feel safe, alive, and free, just like Phree.
