  As far as aesthetics, this place is nice. Granite countertops, white cabinets, elevators, and pool. It's a content creators dream if you're into that. The staff has also been friendly in my experience with them. But please listen to me, the walls, floors/ceilings are extremely thin. I hear my upstairs neighbors arguing all times of night and their child running and stomping across the floor until midnight. I can hear my next-door neighbor snoring. I can even hear my neighbors when they are coughing. I've had to go upstairs to ask my neighbor to quiet down at 2:30am because I get up for work at 5:30. That particular night they were so loud, you could hear them yelling from the bottom of the stairs leading to their apartment. They are so loud, I know both of their names from the countless arguments I've unwillingly heard. I'm saying all this so anyone reading this will understanding just how thin the walls are. Do not try to convince yourself "that won't happen to me, this is probably an isolated case", I live here right now, and I am telling you exactly what you will experience. Being woken up all times of night, every night, is 100% not worth the white cabinets and granite countertops. Do your future self a favor and find a different apartment. You deserve better and you deserve a good night's sleep every night.

  We've enjoyed living here the past 3 years since Fountainhead opened. Maintenance requests have always been attended to quickly and communication with the office has been good. We don't have children or pets but there are lots of amenities for them if you do. Also a very nice pool

  Moved in 2 months ago and SO happy being here. I feel safe & there are so many families around. Very welcoming to pets as well. Maintenance has come quickly after every ticket put in and Jennifer from the office was awesome and communicative helping my sister & I move in. The apartment is beautiful and was cleaned SO well before we moved in. I love the gym and it’s accessible 24/7. My ONLY complaint is that we were leased a unit with a “pool view” and you can’t even see the pool if you stand on your toes and crank your neck all the way to the right. Overall didn’t sign for the pool view so not a huge deal. Appliances have been great and overall I am SO impressed with the lack of being able to hear our neighbors for the most part.

  I have been living here for over a year and a half and this summer my 12 year old niece has come to stay for a month. She has struggled with her weight and we were planning on getting her walking the treadmill and doing light cardio when I go to the gym. So one afternoon we are at the gym and I was letting her do the row machine while I was on the treadmill. One of the office girls comes in and was confronting my 12 year old niece, at the time I was on a work call and said she was with me, she rudely started to question me and I put my finger up to say just a second I am on the phone. After I got off the telephone phone she asked me how old she is. I said she is 12 “well she is not allowed to be in the gym”. I questioned her saying since when there’s always kids in here playing on the treadmills, etc. She was like these are the rules and they are written on the sign. I responded that there are children in the gym all the time and her response was that I need to report it. That is something they should be doing. The sign says - children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. But the next line under it says 14 and under are not allowed in the gym I don’t understand how one line says 16 or under the other one says 14 under not allowed in the gym. I think the sign should be rewritten. So a few days past, I decided to go into the office and talk to a manager to see if I can sign a waiver to have her in the gym to work on her health. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and was like yes I don’t see why we couldn’t do anything. Let me talk to my assistant Manager. Well, to my surprise, it was the Asst. manager who confronted me and again was rude and talking to me and she proceeded to tell me that my 12-year-old niece can walk outside in the hundred degree weather or play on the playground for her health. I find the management unprofessional and she needs to work on her customer service. And since then, she has went a step further and posted a big sign on the door stating this. Then today I was in the gym and a guy had his kid in a stroller hanging out with him while he worked out and she was there and nothing was said to this man. I feel like they need to reword the sign and also consistently check the gym for children. I am in there almost daily and I have never seen anyone else at the office ask for children to leave except my niece. With obesity on the rise with children, you would think a guardian or parent should be able to sign a waiver to take the liability off of the property and allow the children to work on their health with parental supervision.
