Ashley gave us a great tour, she was super personable and not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. She walked me through multiple units, explained the amenities, and was super patient while I took notes and asked a million questions. I loved how upfront she was about pricing and availability. She really went above and beyond. Highly recommend seeing Ashley if you’re looking for a new apartment!!!

This was my first time renting an apartment and Ashley was so amazing and helpful through out the whole process! I had a million questions but she always seemed so happy to help. The place is always clean and my apartment was exactly what I hoped for at move in. Can’t wait to get settled :)

When I lived here, I had a neighbor that would harass me with putting notes on my car and eventually vandalized my car because I parked in “Her parking spot”. Parking is on a first come first serve basis unless you pay for a garage. Would I purposefully park there? No. But if it is the last spot available close to where my apartment is, I’m going to park there. I told the office about it multiple times and nothing happened until I called the police because she vandalized my car. After that, the property manager promised me that she would not be allowed to renew her lease after everything that she’s done. THEY STILL NEWNEWED HER LEASE!!!! After all of the complaints about noise and harassment and vandalism that I have put in, they still renewed her lease. What a joke this place is! Really only concerned with keeping their apartment complex full. On top of that, if you live in the apartments next to the elementary school, have fun having kids throwing footballs at your car and the parents taking up the complexes parking spots. So many residents have complained about this and they still do nothing. They should have someone in a golf cart telling parents that they can’t park here unless they’re a resident and telling children that they can’t be playing in the streets and throwing footballs at the cars. They don’t even do the bare minimum to keep their residence happy. I don’t want my review to be taken down, but here are just a couple of less threatening, petty, and sarcastic notes that were left on my car and jammed into my side mirror by my neighbor. These are some of the many notes that I showed management and they chose to ignore, I hope they still recognize them today.

DO NOT RENT HERE — FRAUDULENT MOVE-OUT CHARGES AFTER 10+ YEARS
I lived in this apartment complex for over a decade, always paid rent on time, and treated the unit with care. After 10+ years of tenancy, I expected at least a baseline of fairness and decency from the leasing office. Instead, I was blindsided with a fraudulent and outrageous bill for repainting, cleaning, and "repairs" — most of which are clearly normal wear and tear, and some outright fabricated.
Charging someone for a full repaint and cleanup after more than 10 years is not only absurd, it’s borderline predatory. The so-called "damage" they cited was either nonexistent or due to the age of the unit, not neglect or abuse. Their move-out process feels like a cash grab designed to squeeze every last cent out of long-term residents.
To anyone considering renting here: think twice. If this is how they treat loyal tenants, imagine what they’ll do after a year or two. Take photos, document everything, and be prepared to fight bogus charges when you leave — because they will try.
Shame on this leasing office for turning what could’ve been a respectful goodbye into a money-hungry stunt.
