- MMMikeNov 13, 20251.0Horrible customer service, roach infested, quality is terrible. You’ll see hair underneath the painted baseboards. They do not do anything about the roach problems, nor do they care. Living conditions are inhabitable. DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! We ended up throwing most of our belongings away due to being roach infested and they won’t compensate you for anything at all. Just blame it on you as if you’re not going through enough already.

A $100.00 charge for 5 year old carpet to another $100 cleaning, and $40 for blinds it is outrageous. Management's answer to any issues including loud, drunk obnoxious tenents, and the topper was watching the mintenance person going through the dumster and taking mail out. Not only takig it out, but taking pictures of other peoples mail. Management didn't care. They didn't care that there were people out in front of the apartment at 3:00 AM having very physical, drunkin altercations. The grounds are ill kept. I stayed because my building had the BEST neighbors and I had a great view. Only provide the minimum of anything. Warning!!!!!

The stove, microwave, and other appliances began malfunctioning because of the roaches. Maintenance is rude, and Tiffany and the manager are very unprofessional. I do not recommend renting here.
