I’ve also been on the floor replacement waitlist for five years. I’m in the top five yet nothing has moved. Meanwhile a neighbor’s apartment, which became vacant due to a recent passing, has already received new flooring. Additionally the smoke-free policy is not being enforced. Residents openly smoke weed on their porches with no consequences.
