You are given less than 24 hour notice OR notice after the event about moving vehicles, entering apartments, etc. When you do have an issue, the office is impossible to get a hold of and even if you do, the manager will refuse to speak to you. This apartment complex was amazing when Lyn was running it. Ronnie managed to turned this place 180 within just a few months. Maintenance is useless and usually won’t fix problems the first time(if ever). I’m probably going to get a reply asking for more information about how to make my experience better. The answer is there is nothing you can do. Redo the entire of the management and system running the complex and MAYBE you’ll get somewhere. STAY AWAY!!!!

All I can say is that I love the staff🥰 Everyone is always pleasant and any questions or concerns that I've had have been handled expeditiously and professionally. Ms. Carla is my favorite though! She'll hit me up just to see how I'm doing or chitchat😂 I love that about her! Ms Carla and James are my Go-Go people in the office and outside of the office😂😂 Carla's warm smile and bubbly personality is definitely the joy of my visit(s) to the office🥰 James's prompt to attitude definitely has landed him my Go to Guy😂 James gonna help with any and everything from your apartment needs, and or personal needs. Called and asked to borrow a tool as I was working on my car, James pulled right up and was eager and happy to help😩🤗 Warmed my spirit because it shows they actually care about you as an individual instead of as a apartment#. 😂😂 It tripped me out to be greeted by name because im like ph you actually know Mr and can remember face and name of all these tenants😳 Now that was freaking mind blowing in a good day because I've lived some places where the office people asks your unit # in place of greetings. So yeah they're definitely awesome with names to faces 🥳Oh yeah, whoever created this VALET TRASH IS A GENIUS🥳🥳 I loathe taking the trash to the dumpster😣🤷🏾♀️ LOL so for me, this is definitely a BIG PLUS🤗 I'm on the 3rd floor and i just love my view of the pool from off the back terrace🤗

Since I’ve been living out here it’s been quite and very comfortable love coming home after a long day. The staff is wonderful and very understanding. I love Carla she is the best. Ronnie is wonderful also. Thanks for all you do for us!
