  Wow. I’ve had such a tremendous experience with Hideaway Gainesville. You will not find a more attentive and caring staff. They were so diligent in informing me about everything to hideaway. From a walkthrough of the amentities to sitting down and going through line by line everything that the lease entails, Hideaway has gone above and beyond for me and I believe this is an experience that will happen for any resident. During my time signing up with Hideaway, I had the pleasure of meeting Melissa. Melissa is a perfect example of what excellent service is. She went above and beyond in making sure I had the most pleasant experience. She will talk to you, and actually cares. She is also full of plenty of amazing stories! I am extremely happy with the service I’ve received from Hideaway. Allie and Jonathan are also tremendous assets to the complex, and will stay on the phone with you until you are satisfied. If you decide to come to Hideaway Gainesville, it will be a great decision.

  The words to talk about this place are insurmountable. From the moment, I toured the place to two years later. Everyone in the leasing office treats me with so much love and care. Very accommodating to my needs, requests, etc. The amenities such as study rooms, gyms, and seasonal activities are just a bonus to be honest. If you need an affordable, cozy place to stay during this journey of yours in Gainesville, Hideaway is the only decision. And I will always vouch for that! Shoutout to Mikayla, Glennette, Melissa, Sydney, Donovan, Ally, Ty, Joey/Anthony and E. If you ever get the pleasure of meeting them, they’re the sweetest and will make you feel seen.

  My sister and I have been living here since May and we absolutely love it and we recently renewed for next year! I highly recommend living here and if you decide to come take a tour do yourself a favor and ask for Donovan. Every time we go to pick up a package or go to an event at the front, Donovan is wearing a smile and goes out of his way to ask every resident how they are doing. Everyone that works at the front has been so kind and helpful to us and we enjoy knowing that if there is a problem that they will help get it solved.

  I recently visited a friend who just moved into Hideaway Gainesville and had an extremely frustrating experience. There are no visible signs anywhere warning guests where they can or cannot park. I parked near their apartment for just two hours and came back to find my car immobilized with a boot and had to pay $80. (Total of 160$ for two hours parking) read below. Even worse, my friend also got booted, despite being a new resident who had already received their parking sticker but hadn’t had the chance to place it yet. There was no grace period or leniency and still no signage in the lot to indicate where residents or guests are supposed to park. When we tried reaching out to management to explain the situation, there was no real help, we were simply told to “park in the guest area,” which is tucked away by the leasing office and not clearly marked for visitors. If you live here, be prepared to warn every single guest in advance, because the property offers zero signage, no flexibility, and very aggressive parking enforcement. It genuinely feels more like a setup to fine people than a place trying to welcome new residents. And again, the place i parked in had no signs that it’s reserved or that we shouldn’t park there or anything. I just found 5 cars next to each other booted at the same time.
