Donovan specifically has shown great energy every time I see him & he always remembers each and every resident’s name when he sees them. He always has a smile every time I see him & is quick to fix any issues.

I paid my rent on time By doing an Echeck .. now today they send me an email saying my check did not go through and my bank account is frozen … what? I called my bank and they said my account is not frozen and has not been and that I have the funds and everything.. i contact hideaway and they said that’s not on them and I still have to be an extra 150 dollars for late fee and bounced check even tho I have proof of everything and they don’t even ask to see the proof. This is just wrong and very shady. lol was thinking about leasing again next year but nevermind. UPDATE: They are obviously angry about this review because they haven’t done this the whole time i’ve been here but they decided to send my utilities over to resident portal and give me a 1 day notice and then put a paper on my door saying I have 7 days or they terminate my lease. LOL even tho when I haven’t noticed the utility payments they usually call first to ask when I will pay it. Great apartments, Shady company taking advantage of college students is not okay and i’ve already been in contact with a lawyer and have all these screenshots ready. RESPONSE TO WHAT YOU SAID : My name is sundari. it is so unprofessional that you sit there and say that my review is not “accurate”. because you couldn’t find my name in your system … I’ve emailed and texted you guys multiple times and not one person has actually tried to help me as the paying member that I am.
- ANA NeilsonNov 25, 20255.0Hideaway has nice management staff like Donavan and Makayla, and all their staff have been friendly and polite to me when I come to the office for package pickup or when I call with a question. Their maintenence people are also very helpful and nice. Hideaway staff give us frequent free fun events too. Hideaway feels like a safe place to live, and they have a beautiful waterfall swimming pool, a nice gym, basket ball courts, and study rooms, with free printer use! My neighbors of various ages and a variety of study majors here, are friendly to me, and there are good vibes all around here. I was offered no incentives for my review, yet give it freely because there is so much to like about being here! Thanks Hideaway! :-)
