    We have been working with Ernie English over at Alligator Mortgage in Gainesville Florida since January of 2022. He has been absolutely fantastic through this entire home buying experience. He has wonderful communication skills, and always returns phone calls and emails in a timely manner. He has dealt with us sending him dozens of listing since the home buying process has started, and never hesitates to answer my hundreds of questions. He’s very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
