    Cossett and her team have been beyond incredible. She has been in charge of our property for 14 years now. I am amazed at how quickly things are resolved. My experience has been quality long term tenants and 5 star service. After 2 separate hurricanes 🌀 I have recieved updates sooner than I should. She treats our property often better than her own putting us and her tenants above personal needs. She has the contacts to find quality service for caring and maintaining the home and has the home treated with white gloves for tenants to move in. Honestly if we didn't have her I would be afraid renting a property 2000 miles away. I am only sorry it took 14 years to give pro management the recognition they deserve. If you own a property this team is the one to choose for your needs.

    The only reason I rated Cossett and her efforts a 5 Star was there was no more star to add. Talking about a cut above , They went above and beyond to make everything possible. They kept me completely update and were so professional, organized, with tremendous knowledge of the area. I felt she treated my place as if it was her own. I normally don’t take the time to time to reflect and share my feelings but the trust and daily communication that has been established is second to none. I have no problem talking to anyone who is considering using this company. THEY CARE AND I SINCERELY APPRECIATE THEIR HONESTY. They enjoy their work and it shows. Sincerely EO
