I’ve lived in many apartment buildings, and I’ve never been a complainer, but this is the worst building I’ve ever lived in. I’m writing this after two days of not showering here because the water hasn’t been working. No one fully addresses any issues you have—they just try to cover them up. It’s hard to believe this is a new building. Some details: My apartment has smelled like dog pee since the day I moved in. The floors were not properly installed, so all the gunk from the previous renter is shoved between each and every tile in the unit. I have to blast my apartment with candles and air freshener before having a guest over so they don’t think I’m disgusting. Packages get stolen if you leave them downstairs for a day. There’s mold in the hallway right outside my door that wasn’t taken care of, even after I asked multiple times. The only time it got “taken care of” was when I saw maintenance in the hallway and showed them—then they just painted over it. Save yourself the headache, even if you have to pay a little bit more. I wish I had listened to all the reviews. I fell for the cute-looking apartment and learned my lesson.

Only move here if you HATE yourself‼️ Literally cannot think of a worse place to live. I’d honestly rather live in my car bc at least I know it won’t get towed. Quantum towed my car mind you in a spot I PAY for. Also it’s full of mold which is effecting my health and has ruined all of my personal belongings so all all in all I’m out thousands of dollars for a miserable living experience. You have been warned.

Avoid Quantum Apartments in Fort Lauderdale at all costs. Living here was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Everything about this place is complete chaos and mismanagement. When I moved in, they were running a “two months free” promotion. I was told that the discount could be prorated and that my rent would come to around $3,800/month instead of the listed $4,600. I signed my lease based on that promise. Fast forward — about three months before my lease ended, I suddenly had a $12,000+ balance because apparently, the rent couldn’t be prorated after all. They had been charging me the full $4,600 the entire time without properly explaining it, and then they tacked on endless late fees. It took countless back-and-forths to even get someone to pay attention, and thankfully Kadeen stepped in and helped me resolve what should never have happened in the first place. It didn’t end there. They also advertised a $1,500 referral program — I referred three people who actually moved in. I never received a single dollar, despite multiple follow-ups. That’s $4,500 they essentially pocketed. This place is so extremely money hungry they’ll charge random fees and throw random numbers for you to pay on the rent ledger with zero explanations at all and send it to collections. On top of the financial headaches, the elevators are constantly broken, the hallways smell, and management is completely unresponsive. They don’t answer phones or emails, and it often feels like nobody is actually running the place. When I moved out, they also kept my security deposit and continued to add mystery charges for things I never agreed to. And any good reviews you see aren’t real everyone that currently lives there that I’ve spoken to can’t wait to leave this place so don’t get fooled by the fake reviews. If you value transparency, reliability, or even basic customer service — stay far away from Quantum Apartments. The building may look nice at first glance, but it’s all smoke and mirrors.

I regret moving in here. My apartment itself is alright but it has been nonstop frustrating issues since moving in this summer. Including: 1. not signing a lease until the day of our move in because of the leasing office constantly delaying and messing up paperwork 2. constant broken promises and delays with maintenance issues 3. random charges on our account for things we don't even use. every month it's like a surprise of how much we are going to be told we owe. 4. being told I would have parking "as close as my unit as possible in the north tower" only to get parking in the south tower and then be told randomly that I was going to be moved to tandem parking 5. secure doors are broken throughout the property. anyone can just come in through various places 6. elevators constantly smell like dog piss 7. management/leasing team ghost you over email 8. fire alarms have gone off 3 times in the past 2 weeks, at 2am at one point with zero follow up or explanation from management 9. management allowed the first floor of the parking garage to be used from 9pm-1am by some exotic car meetup and it was so loud we were unable to go to sleep 10. apartment was dirty upon moving in this place is not worth it. there is nothing special or redeeming about it. there are so many similar buildings nearby that likely have more functional management and less issues. go elsewhere!

Honestly, moving in was a hassle. The only staff member to actually help me was Robin. She actually cares and is very informative. The Jamaican employees are very nice as well. I lost my keys and they allowed me to retrieve them in my room. Vanessa charged me $200 fee and did not remove it when I returned the key fob. Adrian has not helped me with getting WiFi access to my room but told me to call Comcast so it was partially helpful. (Still do not have WiFi- 2 weeks later) Management attempted to go into my apt while I was not home and I did not approve. My key fob to enter the building stopped working so I was locked out. The garage door is unlocked on my floor so anyone can enter my building and I feel unsafe. Sometimes they have the pool/gym area unlocked where anyone can access but it's suppose to be locked at all times. Oh and I got a ticket even though I registered my car.
