It’s a large, vibrant community with the feel of a luxury resort, yet everything runs seamlessly. From the resort-style pool and incredible views to the beautifully designed common areas featuring multiple workstations and conference rooms, the property is both impressive and highly functional. Despite the scale of the building, elevator service is fast and remarkably efficient—there’s never a long wait, which makes daily living effortless. The amenities are exceptional, including a well-equipped, modern gym that rivals many standalone fitness centers. Multiple grilling areas add to the lifestyle experience, and the residents here are genuinely friendly, creating a welcoming and social atmosphere. The management team truly sets this property apart. Vanessa, who manages the building, does a phenomenal job. She strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and approachability, and her attention to detail is evident throughout the entire property. Co-manager Kadene is equally outstanding—extremely helpful, responsive, and supportive. Together, they complement each other beautifully and represent the property in the best possible light. Cleanliness is another major standout. The entire property is spotless and impeccably maintained at all times. Located in the heart of Flagler Village, the neighborhood is unbeatable. Shopping, cafés, upscale restaurants, parks, and tree-lined sidewalks are all within walking distance—you truly don’t need to drive anywhere. Having Holiday Park directly across the street is an added bonus, perfect for exercise or simple relaxation. Quantum also hosts a wide variety of community events that residents genuinely enjoy, making it a fun and engaging place to live. The apartments themselves are spacious and thoughtfully designed, offering more than enough room to live comfortably. Overall, this is a true five-star living experience. It’s vibrant, convenient, beautifully managed, and I highly recommend Quantum Apartments to anyone looking for an exceptional place to call home.

  Moving in at the beginning was difficult and stressful, but things quickly improved thanks to Robin from the leasing office. I moved into this apartment almost three months ago, and from signing the paperwork to helping me learn the building, she made the entire transition so much easier. Whenever I’ve had (or still have) questions or concerns, she has always been responsive, helpful, and supportive. She’s kept a line of communication throughout my move and my stay so far, and I truly appreciate everything she’s done.

  Super professional! Looked at a lot of buildings, this was by far my best experience from building to leasing staff . I looked at so many buildings that looked beat up , this one was impressive and well taken care of .

  I really love living here. But HERE are my honest experiences and I write this with the HOPE of management, security and everything else that is meant to make this place better to hopefully listen and take action. My husband has gotten an E-bike stolen and a Scooter stolen from the bike room that is meant to be “ locked “ only for residents. On top of that both the bike and the scooter were chained with lockers. When asked for footage and camaras, they said they would check and we NEVER heard back. So we are assuming cameras don’t work. Which is a ridiculous issue. We are supposed to feel safe here. When we lived in our studio we had constant issues with the AC. Took like 3 months n it was never fixed. We just thankfully moved into another apartment in the same building which has been nice thank god. I don’t know the lady’s name in the lobby, but she usually is the first one that would help ( Caucasian lady ) - she is so RUDE. Like why do you have to Have such a rude attitude? Especially in moments we ask for help! Elevators are always down or one of them always is. Like why do they break so much ? The gym turf area is disgusting. Always dirt, cig buds and people have their dogs pee there like NO PLEASE PUT A SIGN ! Other than that, we just we just want to feel safe, clean and respected

  had an amazing experience throughout my leasing process, and I truly want to thank Robin for her help and patience. From start to finish, she was responsive, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. Even when the process had a few moving parts, Robin remained consistent, reassuring, and made sure everything came together smoothly.
