- BMBrandi Mehler4 days ago5.0I have been living here for several years with several different leasing agents and as of late Vanessa has truly been a breath of fresh air. Whenever we have a problem she has been very supportive and helpful. Quantum wouldn’t be the same without her!
- YSYanira Ruiz SotoFeb 24, 20262.0I submitted my maintenance request on February 6, and unfortunately, it took more than 15 days for the issues to be resolved. During that time, I had to follow up several times, and communication was limited. While the staff was polite, the response time was much slower than expected, especially for a new building. As a resident, I was hoping for faster service and better coordination. I appreciate that the repairs were eventually completed, but I strongly encourage management to improve response times and communication going forward.

There is also a pending hearing with the City of Fort Lauderdale (Case No. CE25060051). Management has not shown any intention of fixing the problem
- AWAlison WFeb 6, 20265.0Recently started attending some of the many events that Quantum hosts for its residents and it’s been so nice to get to know the staff better as well as the other residents. Really like that it is a variety of events with something for everyone. Also want to shout out the staff and recent changes that have been made over the past year. Ceasar and Jean from maintenance are responsive, kind and efficient. Vanessa, Kadene and Stephanie have all been so helpful with minor issues. Leonard and TJ from the groundskeeping crew are friendly and do a fantastic job! Lastly, my dog cannot let a midday walk go by without stopping in the office for a treat (or two or four) and saying hi to everyone.
