  I lived at Motif for 3 years, I can say it was great experience. Stephanie, Jessie, and Layce are very nice, extremely helpful and professional. The maintenance team led by Diego is very helpful, make sure your needs are met and the building stays clean. The amenities are top tier, great gym, nice rooftop pool/ hot tub, fire pits, and grills that always work. I highly recommend choosing this building, they provide a great sense of community and it’s convenience is unmatched.

  I have to say Terrace was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is a consummate professional. He took time to listen and went above and beyond. He made the whole thing easy.

  I was genuinely interested in leasing at Motif, but my experience with the leasing agent Kayla was very disappointing. On the phone, she clearly quoted me $2,200 for a six-month lease if I did a short-term lease and moved in between the 15th–20th. We even talked about how the bed would block part of the room, and her exact framing was basically, “yeah, but for $2,200 for six months, that’s just short term – that’s a good deal.” Based on that, I left work and came by in person expecting that offer. Once I was there, the price suddenly changed and they would not honor what was quoted over the phone. When I later mentioned that I have my calls recorded for reference and asked her to please recheck what she told me, she hung up on me instead of trying to clarify or resolve the issue. Mistakes in pricing can happen, but hanging up on a potential resident who is just asking you to verify what was said is unprofessional. I hope management reviews the phone calls, addresses this with staff, and improves both the accuracy of quotes and the way customers are treated.

  Motif Apartments is always clean and well maintained. The outside is well taken care of and they always have friendly residents around. I like the bagel shop, Mitch's Downtown bagels. It's so nice to have a daily bagel and coffee shop right there. The on-site doggy daycare Dogdrop is great too. The team is very friendly, CPR certified and trained and makes the entire apartment complex just that much more dog friendly. The owner Bob is amazing and the space is very clean and friendly. You can try out your first visit free. The other restaurants and retailers are all nice and has made the area so much more enjoyable with lots of on-site amenities. It'll be a great place to live especially with the new shopping at FAT Village coming across the street.
