  I am writing under another email from the one I use for residential documentation. Like many others, PMI Davis Realty, and yes I have the right place, was also a bad experience with my complex when living there. Lived there for some time and when they took management, the quality of the place went downhill fast. Absolutely no communication, you have to chase them for every little thing be it a maintenance issue or a leasing matter. They tried to change my lease in the middle of my current one and add stipulations so I agree with the other person who stated one-sided lease issues. The complex had beautiful flowers before her lawn crew chopped them all up and now no butterflies or anything and it looks so barren. They are trying to nickel and dime everything by going up on rent, charging a renewal fee, and enforcing rental insurance, etc. I am definitely not renewing my lease and am sadly leaving, as many who lived here for many years have and are doing because of this. I will never rent another place run by PMI Davis Realty as it is very shady and underhanded, They also will tell you they will rent you a place then turn around and give it to another person before you have a chance to do the paperwork to get it so very much a lowest-bidding type of business. If you encounter a property run by this "company", run and save your money for a more honest and professional legit business.

  We have had a great experience with PMI! We just relocated here and property manager Kristen Morgan has gone above and beyond to make sure things were easy with our move! The process was quick. Very prompt in responses! Rental is beautiful. We are very grateful ! Thanks!!

  Terrible company, I don't rent with PMI Davis Realty, it's the worst thing on Fleming Island and Orange Park and all of Jacksonville, they advertise a house, they charge you the money for the application and then they tell you it's rented, they don't give you your money back, they don't call you when you write, they don't answer the phone, they tell you one thing today and then they change and tell you another, They are informal, starting with their own owner, who even forgets the things you talk about with him. If you don't want to lose your money and be more than a month without being able to rent, don't do it with this company, they are professionals taking money and time away from people.
