I cannot fathom how management sees this level of disorganization and allows it to continue. Shame on them. I’ve worked in hospitality for years, and the fact that they allow packages to sit for days or even weeks is both deplorable and unprofessional. I recently moved here, and I’m genuinely shocked that this issue has gone unchallenged. If the area is full, management should be delivering packages to residents’ doors, as is standard practice in most buildings. I am honestly dumbfounded that this has been tolerated. Anyone can walk in and take items. This is completely unacceptable, and nothing will improve unless we collectively demand change. No resident should feel anxious rushing home out of fear that their package will be stolen. They deny my post on the board got all to see. I will make this known and spread flyers
