  We really enjoyed staying at this property. I never stay in the same place twice but we are considering staying there again next year! Management was quick to respond to all of our needs. It was awesome being on the beach and having only a short walk. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

  Review of the 225 La Canosa location at Santa Rosa Beach: I am writing this review to protest the full story of our experience with PMI Destin-30A in order to keep vacations planners informed so that they will not make the same mistake that I did. Around January of this year, I decided to go online to find a vacation home suitable enough to accommodate my family and I. With spring break just 60 days, I was looking for a home with a heated pool and lots of amenities to keep my family entertained. I came across this rental and after talking to a friendly property manager (Mitch) I decided to book the vacation home; I felt that he was someone I could trust. On Airbnb, it was a couple hundred dollars more than booking it through his website and without weighing on the pros and cons of booking through Airbnb, I decided to go through his agency to book which Airbnb discourages it at all cost and I’ll explain it later on in my conclusion. Fast forward to the day of arrival. When we arrived at the property, we pulled up to a neighborhood that was pitch dark black and creepy. For the amount of money we paid to stay at his property, you would think that they will have some type of sensors to activate the lights outside but that was not the case. The other issue that I had was the odor coming from the bathroom downstairs. The last and most important issue that I had with this property is that no one checked the property to make sure that the doors upstairs were secure. My wife and I tried locking them using the procedures that were on the door downstairs but the door would still open. To make sure that we tried everything, I stepped outside to see if I can get into the house and on multiple occasions of trying out the door, it still would not lock. I reached out to Mitch that same day by phone and by text and it took a very long time to even get a response back from him. Please try to see yourself in my shoes, if you had a baby and your wife with you, would you feel comfortable letting your family stay in an unlocked house that was pitch black from the outside and inside? When I told this man my concerns, he had an alibi for everything and never would own up to anything. All of those concerns were valid no matter what he will say as a response to this and you will see it soon. I originally gave him a 5 star rating the day after he replied that he’d look into the matter and provide feedback, I thought it was a huge gesture that he was concerned about us. When we received an email back, he attached a video of the door that appeared to be fixed but after I told him that we’ve lost interest in staying on the property, he kept my money and advised that the property could have rented out prior to me booking. This man has zero empathy for you or your loved ones and his only interest is to make money. I want you all to know that no matter what fees Airbnb imposed to use their site, do yourself a huge favor and go with them. I made the mistake of cancelling to avoid the fees imposed by Airbnb and went through his website to book and it was a total mistake. Pay attention to his cancellation terms and if it doesn’t match the cancellation policy of Airbnb, do not book. Also: Do not opt for the heated pool water because he turns them off at a certain time of the day which only benefits (HIM). For the amount of money he’s asking to stay in a house where the hard wood floors are all scratched up, you should be able to get all of that included with the price. Think before you choose him!

  SplashPad PCB is absolute perfection! Bring your family or friends (or both - it's big enough!) and get ready to have the best accommodations! The private beach access is wonderful, you are RIGHT THERE! And inside they've thought of everything - you will truly be relaxed and ready for a beach vacation. There are enough outlets, hooks, lights, amenities and beds to go around! And 3 balconies - if you want alone time watching the waves you'll have plenty of choices! The best vacation rental we've ever had.

  Mitch and his team are turn key, the attention to detail and professionalism are a couple reasons we have been very impressed. If you want to build your rental population PMI Destin is the answer.
