- MDMo DosterApr 9, 20252.0I'm so bummed about this place. Started off well but it's is a common occurrence on the 4th floor these days. It's been there since Monday mind you cleaning folks cleaned this open area steps from our unit since then.
- DDDJan 3, 20251.0Stop with the fees!!! Package fee, trash fee, utility bill fee, utility bill setup fee. Parking spot fee. These people have a fee for charging you a fee. It’s crazy.

- KMKevin MurphyDec 28, 20225.0Great Staff! Leila, Ashley & Danny always greet you with a smile and are very helpful with any requests or questions one may have. I moved in during a hurricane which complicated things, however, Danny had no problem working remotely and taking care of everything to make it a pleasurable experience. It's a great place to live as you're walking distance to everything fun that Delray has to offer and all of the neighbors are friendly, respectful & quiet. My only note for the owner(s) would be that the Fetch program should be optional as some of us prefer to support brick & mortar stores and have no need for the service.
