Previously, we had only owned homes that were previously occupied, so this journey was quite different for us. I have to say, I’m genuinely impressed with Pulte and their streamlined process. Andrea Osman, our sales representative, was incredible. She made everything so easy and was always available to answer our questions, even on her days off. Her support was invaluable and she consistently provided the information we needed, often before we even had to ask. Mark Walker, the lead project manager, has also been phenomenal. Throughout the entire build, Mark kept us informed and shared updates and photos, ensuring we felt connected even while we were out of state. As we approached closing, his daily updates were reassuring and made the process seamless. Our walk-through with him was thorough, and it was clear he has an in-depth understanding of the Pulte product. What truly stood out was the support Mark has continued to provide after we settled in. There are always a few minor issues with a new home, but knowing that Mark is on-site and ready to help has been a huge relief. He leads his team exceptionally well, and it’s clear that he has the respect of everyone he works with. Pulte is fortunate to have someone like Mark on their team—his expertise and leadership truly shine through. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The construction manager Mark has been so attentive to my requests and detailed in explaining all the features of my new home. He’s always available in person, via phone and text to talk with me to answer any and all questions, no matter how trivial they may be. He has the patience of a saint! Im closing in 2 days and cant wait to move in. Thanks to the whole team! Love, love, love the location. We feel very lucky to have found it!

Close to EVERYTHING, well planned and we can not wait to move in! Also, I can not say enough about my experience with Leah Jiorle. This will be my second time working with her and quite honestly, I would not want to work with anyone else! Professional, helpful, and a genuine great person.
