- SKSubhan KhanMay 31, 20231.0I paid ahead of week using bank's bill pay method before the due payment. Somehow they never received the payment and kept charging me delinquent fee each month until 3 months later I found out. When inquired via email with proof of payment which was even before the due date, no one responded. After several emails and phone calls, I got frustrated and submitted payment again because they were charging me each month with a new delinquent fee and interest. They refuse to remove the delinquent fees and interest even though I had proof from my bank that payment was ahead of time. It get worse, after I made the payment second time and tried to dispute the fees and interest with them, they kept charging my delinquent fee for not paying the delinquent Fee. These guys are greedy and will try to nickel and dime you. Owners be cautious!
