- NHNikki HarrisJun 16, 20251.0BEWARE!! Don’t get roped in by the “nice, newly renovated” apartments. YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING if a hurricane comes through. No matter how many sandbags you put in front of your doors, it doesn’t matter. The water and sewage will leak up from beneath your floors and out of your drains. It was horrible!! The entire first floor was wiped out after Milton, then we got an eviction notice, telling us we had 7 days to try and find another place to live. Spare yourself the heartache.

A lot of homeless people come in the property to brake into people’s car and the lights do not work so the place is always dark. And let us not talk about how thin the walls are !!!!!! People are selling drugs and the smell of marijuana is loud, the cameras does not work or else why do they give you a hard time when you try to gain access the footage when someone does something to your car ? They have so much excuses . Not safe for single people, women or kids. And again management does not respond to emails and maintenance does not complete work orders efficiently. This place is a joke !!!!!! Nasty and ghetto. Do your self a favor and do not come here or else expect the worst . I’m so happy I left .
