She asked me if I was a future buyer and said no kids allowed to live on the premises. I said “I know that, but my son wanted to see the homes, he can see them right?”. She smiled in a belittling manner and treated me if I was stupid, she spoke to me in a condescending tone. I left with a bitter taste in my mouth. Her comments were uncalled for. She has to be coached on what not to say to customers.
