She helped us stay in contact with our renter, helped us find contractors to do repairs and replace appliances, provided on-site inspections of the property and assisted the tenant in finding resources to make their stay more comfortable. She also provided my family with seasoned advice as to the market, rental fees, and how best to approach putting up the condo for sale or rent as the situation demanded. She was always willing to help out and answer any questions we had. Valerie was an essential part of our successful management of the property, and over many years became a family friend as well.
