- RRRJun 17, 20251.0The design and layout of the new NV townhouses in Spring Lake is horrendous. They ruined the whole look of the Spring Lake complex from the cheap, white, shiny fence in the front to the massive city-like buildings right in your face as you enter the property. I’d like to meet the designers or builder who planned this atrocity. They tried to cram as many units as possible into the front of the property. I don’t know what they look like on the interior, and they may be nice, but the exterior approach of Spring Lake is ruined.
