Casey is not only professional, organized, and consistently communicating with us, but we also appreciate his attention to detail and willingness to address any questions or concerns. This being our first build, Casey has taken the stress out of this experience and leaves no question unanswered. We also had the opportunity to meet a Ryan Home PM in training and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well.

After having spoken to the "other" builder in the community, right off the first meeting with her we knew she was the one we were going to be comfortable working with. She has been on point on all the features that were important to us and that quickly became the reason to buy, also she put us in touch with the loan officer at NVR Jennifer for a no stress mortgage application process and she was also easy to work with. We are looking forward to be full time residents at Anchors Run.
- FBFred BauerDec 10, 20235.0We just came back from our framing walk through and we were thoroughly pleased and amazed. Once started they moved right along. 4 weeks ago, we had a field. Today we found this.... One of the most pleasant surprise was a modification that was made due to the fact that we were not adding a basement. There is an additional storage space in the garage that is quite substantial. There was also an additional coat closet for the family entry. We were so happy with these modifications and can't wait to see it again in 10 weeks, when it will be complete.

Our sales representative Meredith was extremely knowledgeable, provided excellent recommendations, and understood our wishes. After a last minute change request, Meredith was very accommodating to ensure the changes were made per our request. Our transition from sales to construction was seamless thanks to her hands on oversight. Our project manager, Larry, was top-notch. He continually provided us weekly update reports with pictures. Being 3 hours away from the construction site, Larry provided us a great peace of mind the building of the house was on track. During the final walk through, Larry was thorough and provided us awesome feedback and information as new home owners to the community. As previous homeowners, Ryan Homes was by far the best choice because of the great team we had at Anchors Run! Ken & Amy Jackson
