- ABAnn BarnettJul 30, 20251.0Would never ever buy a Ryan home again Been here 4 years taping falling down, granite countertops flaking, no top soil, nail pops ppping all over the place,just had electrician in to give me more circuit breakers,2 bedrooms and bathroom ,plus hallway all on one. Very disappointed in the entire place. So I give them 0 not even 1 star.

Unfortunately I’m only allowed to give him 5 stars. We are planning to build in Verona Woods. We now reside in Arizona. Marc has been making this new venture a very pleasant experience. Two of my family members made the trip to Delaware to meet with Marc for us and they also gave him 5 stars. In a zoom meeting Marc gave us a wonderful tour of the community and showed us all our options. He very patiently answered all our questions. We are looking forward to meeting in person. Feeling blessed to be able to work with him. THANKS MARC
