- LCLauren CollinsDec 22, 20253.0I agree with everyone saying management has gone downhill. I absolutely loved living here at first but the service is just not what it used to be. The communication about a recent long-term elevator project has been pititful. The leasing office is rarely staffed in the late afternoon without so much as a sign on the door even though they are supposed to keep regular hours until 5pm. I'm not a brat but my appliances, cabinets, and flooring are old and I feel ripped off in this day and age paying a premium without stainless steel. My heat and A/C are not super reliable, either, and since "they work" there is really nothing the building will do about it. I am sad to say I am not likely to renew my lease when it is up in a few months.
