Left me in a very difficult situation after promising me a unit that i eventually discovered had already been leased out to another tenant. No apology or acknowledgement whatsoever lol cheaply constructed building, very noisy

- SFshavonne fraleyAug 4, 20253.0Today, I had a scheduled tour at Glover House Apartments for 11:00 AM. Upon arrival, I checked in with the concierge and informed him of my appointment. He asked me to wait in the designated area, which I did without issue. Unfortunately, I sat waiting for 30 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone from the leasing office. I understand it was a busy day, as the concierge later mentioned there were several move-ins taking place. Around the 15–20-minute mark, I politely asked if tours were possibly double-booked, and he said he would check in with the leasing office. After 30 minutes, the concierge returned to inform me that the leasing agent would not be able to complete my tour. At no point did anyone from the leasing office personally greet me, provide an update, or offer to reschedule — I was simply told through the concierge that the tour could not proceed. I found this experience to be very disappointing and unprofessional. A simple acknowledgment or communication from the leasing agent would have gone a long way.
