My garbage disposal was not working because my daughter accidently put a paint brush down the sink without us knowing. Joel the maintenance tech came and finished the work in less that 5 minutes. I haven't had any issues since. Maintenance works fast and if there are any issues or delays, the office team makes sure to communicate and that our needs are met. Thanks Park Crest Team!

Park Crest at Glover Park Apartments was my first big girl apartment, and I couldn’t have been happier with it! My leasing agent was Selena Anderson, and I cannot stress this enough, but SHE IS AMAZING!!!!! She helped me every step of the way. She’s such a light in the office. Literally the kindest, nicest, sweetest leasing agent (my mom asked if she could “look out for me” since it was my first time living in an apartment, and Selena did just that🥹). 110% recommend Selena to be your agent!!
The maintenance team members are so nice and incredibly quick with fixes. They always came the day after I submitted a request unless it was a weekend, then they came the following MON.
The apartment itself is nicer than anticipated. Neighbors are all friendly. Apartment itself is pet friendly, and the leasing office always remembered my cat🥹
My apartment did have a roach problem, and the bug guy comes whenever you tell the leasing office you need it, but that doesn’t stop the roaches completely. They always come back from
somewhere.
❗️Downsides:❗️
• apartment has bugs: ants, roaches, and occasionally spiders
• the laundry rooms only have 2 washers and dryers and sometimes the residents don’t come to get their laundry on time (A LOT like what students do in college dorms)
•the “basement” level apartments don’t get much natural lighting
• the renter’s insurance guy the leasing office recommends (William Rossiter @ Care Cover Insurance) is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and gives an attitude so I HIGHLY recommend looking into a different insurance company
overall: 4.5/5 stars

I've lived in a unit on Davis Place for about a year, and overall, my experience has been mixed. I really love the neighborhood—it’s a great area—and I genuinely liked the layout and feel of my apartment itself. That said, our first year here had its challenges, mainly due to noise from upstairs neighbors. The building has thin walls and floors, so your experience may depend heavily on who lives around you. Unfortunately, for us, it affected our sleep enough that we eventually had to move to a different unit within Park Crest.
To their credit, the management team made efforts to help resolve the issue, but there’s only so much they could. On the maintenance side, I’ve found the team to be reasonably responsive and timely. As it's an older building, occasional fixes are expected, but they’ve been handled well.
Overall, while not perfect, I appreciate the efforts of the management and leasing staff—they’ve been professional and generally supportive throughout our time here.
