For an apartment that costs nearly $2,000 a month, the level of support from management is far below expectations. When issues are reported, the response feels like a polite way of saying nothing will be done. I’ve had two packages stolen, including one that disappeared within minutes of being delivered. One package was left ripped open, as shown in the attached photo. There was no compensation, no rental deduction, and not even a small courtesy credit such as laundry fees. Many residents in building 2304 now avoid shipping items here because packages routinely go missing. Management’s only suggestion has been to send deliveries to a friend or the nearest post office. Security is a major concern. There are no cameras near the entrance, and although management keeps promising they will “add cameras in the future,” it feels like that future will never arrive. For a complex this old and this expensive, it’s frustrating to see no meaningful progress. Maintenance and comfort are also ongoing problems. The heating system frequently stops working, and I’ve had to request engineers multiple times just to depressurize it. The AC unit makes loud, disruptive noise. If you’re a light sleeper, prepare for a difficult summer. Even after asking that maintenance enter only when I’m home, that request was ignored. And during warmer months, beetle bugs still got inside despite the bug screen being closed, which you can also see in the attached photo. This is my honest experience. Do not trust the glowing five-star reviews: they do not reflect what many residents here actually deal with. If you value security, responsiveness, and respect from management, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
