  My daughter has been living here for a year so far and she has loved it. She has also been treated well by the staff. The staff are very attentive and whenever she has issue, the staff are very quick to help. Keneesha and Steven are really great people in the leasing office, they are very helpful and friendly. For maintenance, Mostafa makes sure to go out of his way to resolve issues. Would definitely recommend this place 😊

  Mostafa was amazing! He fixed not only what we put in the order for but also at least two extra projects. He went above and beyond what we asked.

  I can’t say enough great things about this place. Steve, from the leasing office, is just the best! I went there a couple of times to find an apartment for my sister, it ended up not working out for other reasons, but the building is great, location couldn’t be more convenient, with bus stops only a couple of feet away, close to Giant, restaurants, super safe area. The leasing office is super easy to deal with and very on top of things. Highly recommend!!

  Hello, I have only been here a month, and I plan on updating or changing my rating once I been here six months. In terms of the building: Love the structure, love how much space is in the apartment even if it may seem small at first wait til you get furniture. As I have a two bedroom. Love the fact that I have not seen any sort of bugs or mice or even heard a mice anywhere speaks volumes This building is well maintained and well put together For the workers who in charge of up keep: -At first sight Steven was very great at getting to his sales pitch and making sure not to miss anything and knows his apartments that are available -Kneshia who runs the show here is great also again helping the tenants with questions and answering them professionally and accurately They both have good professionalism key skills in customer service and understanding as well as patience. When I first looked at the 2 bedroom unit I have, I could not be thankful and happier as the property I had left The good qualities of tenants use: -i will say N2 and N6 runs very limited as transportation right outside the door You do have options if you do not mind walking a bit (96 bus you get off at Newark St and Wisconsin ave) 33&31 (you can take these to Newark St & Wisconsin Ave and walk to here or Cathedral and Mass and walk however you like) - Giant is a few blocks away but I will say in walking distance but if you plan on walking to have a wagon or push cart to carry your groceries back here -Fitness room (some equipment seems like it's outdated and the bikes are for taller people as I am 5'5 and can barely reach the pedals.) I enjoy the room to say the least and seems pretty empty when I go In terms of neighbors I barely hear my neighbors let alone seen my actual neighbors. The building I will say is semi family friendly depending on which units you go for. Be mindful that if you get an end unit might be better if you have children as children can get loud and to the point of your downstairs neighbor getting troubled by the noise I will say I love how diverse the community is here as I seen I been so far happy and pleased.
