CHECK YOUR LATCH HISTORY!!!
I have been here about a year now. I never thought to check my access history to my unit because I should only have access. Upon me reviewing my history in August, I have found that my unit was accessed using a, “Physical key”, on multiple occasions without notice or any maintenance tickets put in.
While I have alerted the Leasing Office, I was told it was a “glitch”, on Latch end. Well, I contacted Latch and after further investigation they concluded it is not a glitch and my unit was accessed by the physical key which is stored in the Leasing office. Since bringing this activity to their attention, all activity has ceased. I am still consulting with my lawyer on my end.
They refuse to take responsibility even though this is a direct violation of not just my rights, but my leasing agreement as well.
DO NOT STAY HERE!! The year I’ve spent here has been a nightmare.

I am new to the community. My leasing agent is Emmena Ocegueda. She has been walking me through many applications from setting up my accounts to fixing minor issues. I am happy to be in good hands. Now, let me be honest: I read the reviews, and this community needs work. The neighborhood faces one common and easy problem, and that is following the rules. I studied the guidelines, and I look around to the complete opposite. That is normal. Needless to say, I will play my part by getting involved. I will meet the community by listening. I will post good reviews about how the community is getting better and express my concern to the leasing office directly and respectfully. I look forward to the next eighteen months. - Hensley.

I know this is my second review but it seems fair because this is the only way things will get fixed around here this elevator by the garage and loading doc always seem to be down even when no one is using it…some of us use walkers crutches even a boot it’s really ridiculous it can be down for a whole week I’m not sure if it’s the front desk or security not wanting to keep going up there but it’s really in the way it hasn’t been used for 5 days now

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This property is a nightmare. Daily criminal acts on around the property, constantly police activity, unsanitary public spaces, terrible management that does nothing to keep residents informed or safe. Furthermore the management will refuse to honor your lease and attempt to keep charging you beyond your lease expiration and will not return your deposit. Never consider moving here.
