  We had a great experience leasing here. It truly was “quiet living” for us as it’s a small building with about 15 apartments per floor. The walls and floors are concrete so you don’t hear your neighbors as much, but we were also at the top floor so unsure of how much you would hear from your upstairs neighbor. The building is old and the amenities (laundry, package room) are shared but you just have to take that at face value. It’s a simple and quiet living here. 4115 was secure, private, and homey. We would have loved to stay if it weren’t for a job relocation. The biggest con I would say is the noise of traffic. We were used to it but there were some mornings that we wished we were somewhere far away from the city lol. Terrence and Kyle are friendly and provided great customer service. They communicated and handled any issues in the building promptly. I definitely recommend living here!

  The building is fine but the neighbors are forcing us to leave due to the inconsiderate noise they make every night. The screaming and banging around is beyond tolerable and we have decided to move out.

  I had a very bad experience as a potential customer. They wanted a $300 "earnest fee" to apply for an apartment that they wouldn't even give me a tour for because "it was their policy not to give tours of apartments while tenants were still in them." So they wanted several hundred dollars to apply for an apartment that I couldn't even see. You shouldn't trust companies that take advantage of their customers like this. *edit* Read their response below. Complete corporate whitewashing. Declining to take responsibility for their bad business practice, and simply offering to re-state their existing policy that takes advantage of customers. This is not a company that you can trust.

  Update: 9 years of living here in two different units, and I still really appreciate the building and management. A great location in the city near transit and new grocery stores, very clean and pest-free. Older-style charming apartments, not some "luxury" new build, but those are notorious in DC for major problems. 4115 is reliable, affordable, and no stress to live here. Pet friendly, with VERY responsive management for any issue. I feel very at home here.
