- VDVideo Game DameJul 18, 20231.0Maintenance team is GREAT. Management not so much. You have to call 3 times before even getting a response. When they send painters or people to check the fire alarm they do not provide any notice. No calls, emails and no texts.

Zuzana, the building manager, responded to emails quickly. Cons: elevator broke about once every 2-3 weeks, but most people took the stairs. Overall, would live here again if I could.

The landlords were also great! Zuzana is a wonderful landlord and she is the main reason I am even writing this review! The Packard offers great combination of PRIME location, historic New England charm and modern upgrades. While the ongoing renovations may make The Packard a '4' now, once completed; the location and amenities alone will make it a '5'. The building manager and super are both fantastic and truly care both about those that live there and making sure everything about the renovations are done to perfection. They have a real tangible vision not only for building great apartments but also for building a great community atmosphere. At the very least, you should come take a look for yourself!
