  The entire process of searching for a home, getting a mortgage, assembling documents, dotting all the "i's" and crossing the "t's" is miserable and frustrating.. Having done this several times before, I could not have imagined a better partner in getting this accomplished.. Gina was nothing short of amazing.. Approachable, responsive, professional and concise.. I don't know whom wrote the 3 negative reviews at the bottom of this page, but they have to be fake as this was not at all my experience.. Gina will get every referral I ever give for securing a mortgage.. Citizens Bank is lucky to have her as she represents the company extremely well

  Mrs. Garafola was a great help, she is very professional, understanding and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with Ginna! She kept me on task and helped me gather a better understanding of the process. She was able to help me get approved despite the obstacles in our way throughout, and she never gave up while working tirelessly to help me meet my goals. I was able to get approved and am now happily living in my own place.
