Having done this several times before, I could not have imagined a better partner in getting this accomplished.. Gina was nothing short of amazing.. Approachable, responsive, professional and concise.. I don't know whom wrote the 3 negative reviews at the bottom of this page, but they have to be fake as this was not at all my experience.. Gina will get every referral I ever give for securing a mortgage.. Citizens Bank is lucky to have her as she represents the company extremely well
