  Just started my 2nd lease at Eagle Rock West Hartford. Objectively it is expensive to live here (I mean hey, it's West Hartford), and it might not be quite as hip and sleek as some of the new construction going up all over WeHa and the surrounding towns. But it's got nice units; nice complex; nice grounds; nice amenities; nice parking for yourself and your guests; nice on site, full time management and maintenance; a nice, quiet community; and an absolutely FANTASTIC location, within easy walking distance of WeHa center on one side and WeHa reservoir on the other. Really great places to walk or run on a nice day. And really convenient to have a Stop and Shop, CVS, and some restaurants right next door and across the street. And honestly, although the rent is expensive, I feel like for what I get, what I pay is a steal compared to what good apartments go for in the area. I was worried about rent increases on lease renewal, but I thought my increase was pretty reasonable, hence why I had no hesitation to sign a new lease and stay here for at least another year. I've been very happy here!

  We really enjoyed our time living here. The management team was always professional, kind, and responsive. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and felt like home right away. We also appreciated how easy communication was and how smooth everything went throughout our lease. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to live.

  I loved my experience at Eagle Rock Apartments in West Hartford. Diana and Michelle are very helpful and very friendly. It is a beautiful area.
