- GGGËORGỊA6 days ago1.0This Place is a Joke. Management Sucks. Maintenance Sucks. The Units Suck. Everything Sucks. Don't Believe Anything Posted About What They Offer. They Do Not Have 3 Bedrooms. They Do Not Have 1.5 Baths. What They Do Have is Mold & Mildew in the Units. Poor Plumbing. Sinks and Tub are Always Clogged. Rent Increases Every Year with Extra Fees Added to the Leased Rental Amount. Small Rooms. Small Closets. Old Appliances. Limited Electrical Outlets No Amenities Bring Your Shovels. You Will Be Expected To Shovel the Snow. *You Will Be Disappointed If You Move to Foxhill Commons*

I came across fox hill Commons. She helped me find the townhome that I was looking for. The application process went smoothly. Before I even get approved, she had me going for a tour of the townhome. I was really happy to work with Kadian. The communication between a lease stuff and a tenant is really important.
