  Our agent, Jennifer Baldinger, was fantastic. I was selling a house in absolutely terrible condition for my father after he went into assisted living, and really didn't want to put any effort at all into the property. Jennifer arranged for professional cleaning and a plumber when it became necessary, and the lawyer who handled the closing -- all I had to do was pay the providers she found. She did a spectacular job with virtually staging the house for the listing: the images weren't deceptive, but they did make a grim little brick house look as good as it possibly could have. When we had a scare about a possible water leak on the property, she was at the house with a plumber before I'd even found out about it. Finally, her pricing strategy worked out brilliantly. We got very lucky in finding a buyer strongly motivated to buy at the specific location, but the initial price point she selected helped drive the price to arguably around $100K over an ordinary market value for the house. Most of that was luck, but a different set of choices might have left a lot of money on the table. Overall, I can't say enough good things about the experience: it was almost effortless and very very successful from a financial point of view.
