I lived at Sofi Parc for two years, and I can honestly say that if you value quality living spaces and responsive management, this is not the place for you. The leasing staff is inconsistent and often uncommunicative — they rarely reply to emails, provide unclear information about billing, and are not transparent about the move-out process. While the rent prices may seem appealing at first, there’s a reason for it. The property has ongoing issues with security — doors and garage gates are frequently broken — and packages are often left scattered around. It often feels like the management cares more about collecting rent than providing residents with a safe, well-maintained living environment. There are many other luxury apartment options in Stamford, even directly across the street, that offer far better communication, service, and overall living experience. I would not recommend Sofi Parc to anyone looking for a reliable or comfortable place to live.

I’d like to say good things about living here. Unfortunately, I’d be lying. I’ll keep it brief. MOLD. There is MOLD everywhere in this building, they DO NOT REMEDIATE it properly when it’s discovered they also gas light you when you tell them about it and say “oh it’s water spots”. It’s not. You can smell it on the first floor of the building the most, because everything is leaking from the top units down. They had to replace my water heater bc it was 30 years old and it was leaking, there is mold under the bedroom carpet that will undoubtedly be “carpet cleaned” and left in my unit. My electric bills 300-400 dollars a month. Doesn’t matter what season. I was gone for two weeks in July for vacation turned off the ac it was still 350 dollars. The gas bill also 200+ dollars in the winter. So it increases the cost to live there quite a bit. The fire alarms are broken so they sometimes blare for hours, albeit they have since “fixed” the issue and it has happened recently, but I wouldn’t hold my breath thinking it won’t happen again. The ELEVATOR has been down next to my until since JULY! Not due to be fixed until January 2026. Which is not acceptable. The neighborhood kids aka teenagers/young adults break into the pool, the basketball courts, etc. they also have a homeless lady who somehow has a fob and she comes in and tries to open our doors. Now. Here’s the kicker. I had to leave very abruptly due to my father being sick and needing someone to come take care of him and I have notes from his doctor stating it was medically necessary for me to move immediately and help him, and because I didn’t give them sixty days notice (due to severity of my dads health problems) they are charging me over 6k. So they also don’t have a heart. So please. Pay a little more for a NEWER building with better security, and NO mold. The ONLY plus were the residents, besides my neighbors who were college students and blasted music all hours of the day/night. Wouldn’t turn it down and the management team said to me “call the cops” instead of fining them like they’re supposed to. It’s had three management companies in two years. A new one just took over and I’m sure they’re just as corrupt as the others. Oh and the mailroom - atrocious- packages stolen all the time!! Getting the health department involved with the mold. Do not move in here! You’ll regret it almost instantly.

4 stars. It’s a nice place to live. It’s the cheapest place that is legit nice imo. The courtyard is nice especially if u have a dog to walk quick. Would like it if the trash room didn’t get overcrowded which u can smell in the halls at times - it’s 25 a month for trash fee. Also would like it if they had a better system for the packages - a lot of the time the delivery people just toss them on the floor they should really have more lockers to put the packages in. Other than that nothing really wrong I like it here the HOA fee of 75 bucks is too much tho - especially since for most of the year the pool will be closed which is like the main amenity. Parking is 50 for 1 car and 125 for the second.

Avoid living here. Apartments are ok but everything else is not. Fire alarm goes off at least twice a week and everyone has to evacuate mid day, working or not. (Literally went off today).Something is always broken like the garage door. Amenities are closed off for months at a time. Office areas have been closed off for 7 months and they are finally done. Every-time we ask when they will be open they keep pushing it a week back. Some of the staff is also rude. The ladies are nice. But both men who work in the leasing office are rude. The location is great and the only reason many people stay. If you want more info visit the Reddit thread about this place. Also most positive reviews on here are for maintenance, they take those reviews and post them on here. If you look closely you will see.

I lived in this complex 8 years ago. Then moved to Manhattan then New Jersey. But nothing compared to Stamford but more importantly this conplex. The staff is very responsive and kind hearted and the tenants are just lovely.
