- PGPaul GardnerNov 3, 20225.0These are beautiful condos right in downtown southington Connecticut. The location is absolutely excellent. They are brand new, the oldest buildings in the complex were built in 2020. And the newest ones were just finished. Also added to the complex are apartments for a senior community of people 55 years and older. Again these are apartments so you are able to rent these as opposed to the condominiums which you have to buy with a mortgage.
