The leasing office is very helpful and responsive, and the maintenance crew is extremely reliable and friendly. Nothing but great things to say about the Corset Factory!

The apartments are beautiful with huge windows, exposed beams and plenty of light. Laura and Maria in the office were amazing to work with and so much friendlier than any leasing agents I have encountered. The buildings and grounds are well maintained and the staff is responsive and helpful. I would highly suggest checking this place out!
- RARachel AlmondJul 14, 20245.0We lived here for two years with two pets and had a wonderful experience. Our apartment had a lot of character with the brick, large windows. With the large windows, it does tend to get very hot in summer and very cold in winter. It is small, but manageable and appreciated the lack of additional fees that you see added on to rent at other places. The office team, Laura and Maria, were great to work with, especially as we were moving from out of state. Very flexible with us, both moving in and out. The maintenance guys are the most responsive team I've ever experienced and were quick to fix any issues we had. The location is beautiful by the water and walkable to a lot of fun places. Biggest complaint was towards the end of our time there, one of the bars blasted music at the most random times (i.e. Wednesday night at 1AM), not even the weekends.
