I’m moving from a community I love and have been so apprehensive as I felt spoiled by the level of service extended by that team and Woafa has managed to put those fears to rest and I am so looking forward to living at Anthem Square 10! Additionally, it is quite a beautiful complex but as we all know “people make the difference” Looking forward to move in day! Best, John DeSarbo

Everyone has been so nice, helpful, and some of the quickest response times I have seen from property management. Armel helped with move in day and was awesome, he made it super easy and was very professional. Woafa answered my emails within the hour and never once seemed annoyed when I repeatedly emailed. Overall, had an easy and smooth move in experience. Our unit was impeccable upon move and so far no problems at all. We haven’t heard a peep from neighbor’s either (above us or next to us) which I believe is due to the concrete between floors.

Overall, one of the nicest places I've viewed while being on a budget. Close to the train station, quite, and walking distance to almost everything. *UPDATING MY REVIEW* I want to begin by stating that I have had ongoing issues linking my bank account to RentCafe. I’ve reported this multiple times to the front desk and even directly to the property manager. Despite my repeated efforts, including sending two certified cashier’s checks that were reportedly never received, I was still issued an eviction notice by the U.S. Marshals. This is absolutely outrageous. To make matters worse, my washer has been broken since October 10th, when I first submitted a maintenance request. It is now October 28th, and it’s only after I emailed this formal complaint that I finally received an update. Nearly three weeks without any action on a basic appliance repair is unacceptable. I’ve filed a police report for the missing cashier’s checks, and if it’s found that anyone on staff deposited them, I will pursue every legal remedy available. The lack of communication, especially firing front desk staff without notifying residents, and the decision to send an eviction notice without a single email or phone call, is deeply unprofessional. For what I pay in rent, the lack of responsiveness, accountability, and overall professionalism from this building is mind-boggling. These standards are far below what any tenant should be expected to tolerate.
