  Metro on crown Apartments are beautiful! They have different layouts depending on your wants/needs. The sales employee Dave is absolutely the best. There isn’t a question he can’t answer! He is informative and really makes you feel welcome. The amenities in the building are amazing The buildings are clean and secure. I would recommend taking a look for yourself.

  We've lived in the 301 George St building for about a year and a half and it has been a great experience! The units are well appointed, the management very responsive, and the neighbors are problem-free. There are always hits and misses with apartment living, but Metrostar really does seem to care. Dave who manages the leasing side has been a pleasure to work with from the day we first toured to renewing our lease to preparing to transfer to a different Metrostar complex (for work reasons). Quinteya in the leasing office and Paris and David in maintenance are also wonderful. Metrostar gives fair consideration to requests, and maintenance responds rapidly. Rent is high everywhere these days, but Metro on Crown certainly feels like you are getting more for your dollar than many other places in town.

  My partner and I lived at Metro Star on Crown for two years— the location was absolutely perfect, close to the hospital, downtown shops and restaurants, and Yale. The leasing management was lovely and very attentive to any questions or help. There is also a large rooftop with umbrellas, lounge chairs, grills and tables— which is a great spot to hang out when the weather is nice!! They also recently turfed a spot for dogs right out front on the George Street side, making this place even more dog friendly than it already was, definitely recommend living here!

  My roommate and I have been living at Metro for over 3 years now and we absolutely love it. We originally moved from 360 State due to locational reasons. Over the years, we’ve found that Metro Star is hands down the best place to in New Haven. Metro is a tight-knit, welcoming community with residents of all ages. Everyone here is super friendly and social events are commonly held for the residents. In terms of the complex, the modern layout, desirable location, top-tier amenities, and appliances are all great features. But what has truly made our living experience great are the staff members that run Metro Star, from A through Z. Specifically, the manager of the complex, Nichole, has been absolutely fantastic and always accommodating the needs of the residents that live here. She is always available to reach and really goes the extra mile to make sure things run smoothly around here. Nichole’s team members, such as Dave and Ted, are always available to fix any problem in the apartment as well. It is rare to find such a wonderful staff and it makes the Metro experience top-notch. Additionally, as a student who regularly works at Yale-New Haven Hospital, Metro Star’s location couldn’t get any better. I fully recommend Metro Star to anyone looking to move to New Haven!
