From the application process through now, I have only run into one issue while living here, and barring nothing, the service and management team did everything they could to not only make things right, but then go above and beyond. Renting from property management groups/firms can sometimes be a tricky and, at times, frustrating experience, but I say it with the most sincerity that Jamella, our community resident officers, and maintenance team make this complex feel like a true community -- like i'm home =) Love it here and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for their next place to settle into.
