The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any concerns. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally, and the grounds are kept meticulously clean even thou there is construction still taking place. The apartments themselves are spacious and well-designed, and the neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located in the heart of downtown Hartford near shops and public transportation. I must shout out the leasing manager Jermaine who make miracles happen.

Jermaine was on point every step of the way. His communication was undeniably perfect.I was even able to move in sooner than anticipated, a big plus. The condition of my apartment was impeccable on move in day, not a spec of dust could be found. 5 ⭐️ all the way, I’m looking forward to calling 55 Elm my home.

Maintenance is quick with anything you need, dog friendly, and good location for social activities (UConn, museum, library, bushnel theatre, XL center all walking distance) . Jermiane has been a great contact for getting started and making sure move in runs smoothly! Thanks 55 Elm!

I also want to highlight the leasing agent Jermaine. From the very beginning, he was incredibly professional, patient, and dedicated to helping me through the application and approval process. If he said he was going to do something, he did it. He never gave me empty promises and was so incredibly honest, helpful, and kind. The complex itself is a historical building that's been beautifully renovated with modern units. The floor plans are spacious and very well set up. The range of planned amenities is also impressive. I'd highly recommend reaching out to Jermaine and considering the 55 Elm Club if you're looking for an apartment in Hartford!!
