    Very quiet and calm place to live! People are very friendly and made the move in process a lot easier. Our dogs love the dog park and all the open grass to walk around on.

    If you are seriously thinking about moving here just look at the recent reviews under this one . Always sort by recent when looking at reviews it is very telling. Once you even show a tiny bit of interest and then tell them not to reach out they will send you multiple emails Even if you told them not to reach out. A lot of the complaints are with the management of this place and I can see why without even moving in there. Basic instructions and boundaries should be easy to follow.

    My boyfriend and I have been living in town walk almost for a year now, and it has been a dream. Andrew has been the most amazing help with the new experience for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better first place ❤️

    this place is good until the very end. I had nothing but good things to say about this place until the last month of our stay. during the heat wave our AC stopped working. we put in a work order. we didnt get anyone in to fix it until 3 days later. three days of us struggling to breath in our so called luxury apartment. they couldn’t care less about it. we had to eventually buy our own little fans to survive which they didn’t bother compensating us for the inconvenience. when they did come help the first time they only brought in one ac unit. mind you it was was two bedroom apartment. the other roommate had to suffer in silence for even another day. they came to “fix” it a day later but for the same day it to stop working. they kept trying to blame it on us. they said that we’re the problems. they came with two acs this time, they left one unplugged which ended up leaving one of the rooms soaking wet. it was a waterpark in there. all they did was vacuum the water up and left a fan on it to get rid of it. they kept claiming that we were the problems just for a maintenance guy to come in unannounced to fix the filters. and he ratted himself out by saying if the filters don't get swapped often it will cause the ac to freeze up. town walk still to this day hasn't done anything to compensate us. to top it off they are trying to charge us 1400 for a carpet they didn’t replace before us. just know before you move in to one of there apartments ask for proof that they cleaned the carpet or better yet replaced them so you don’t get into the same situation as we are in now. I could write a book on how badly this team handles situations. they have no good customer service. they will not hear what you have to say they will just blame it on you and move on. this place isn't luxury. they don't act luxury. the maintenance guys for the most part were a joy. the rest of the property management is a joke. a lot of we will call you back but not alot of solutions.

    This year has been nothing short of a pounding headache and horrible management. To start off our stay, we didn’t have clean carpets moving in. the second my vaccine hit the floor it clogged with animal and human hair and LOTS of dirt. They paint over everything and make everything look just layered and layered. we couldn’t even open our fuse box bc it was so many layers. LOL that wasn’t even the worst problem. The pool by summer was not even open and the only one open was crowded and full of trash for days on end. no one to upkeep. amazon packages were always “lost” and a hassle to find. but like i said, the worst was near end of our lease. Summer hit, weather was HOT during the heatwave. Our AC BROKE and we waited days to get a small portable one that only even cooled down ONE room… when we were a three person unit. No where in the apartment was bearable to be in except the ONE bedroom they put one in. after many many complaints and work orders (FOUR SEPARATE WORK ORDERS) every single one of the 4 times they said they “fixed the frozen lines” but shortly the same day would “freeze” again. regardless, they didn’t do anything to refund us for the portable AC unit they put in that sky rocketed our electric bill. We also had to go out of our way to buy fans for the unbearable heat many nights. Never even used our kitchen that last MONTH bc it was 3 whole weeks with in and out AC. the units they brought also soaked and water damaged our carpets and caused so much humidity that our windows started to mold. Days after the complaint they brought up a work fan to get rid of water that just smelt like wet garbage. It was not just a little water either. I have a video of us being able to step on the carpet and it make a puddling sopping wet noise followed by splashing. COMPLETELY unacceptable. We also went out of our way to have someone clean it professionally, and they claimed it was “pet stains” when my dog is a SERVICE animal and fully trained & has never had an accident and they refuse to show us receipts from the last cleaning that was only a 4 month lease before us. They are charging us well over $1000 to “replace” the carpets. When they didn’t even replace them when we moved in!!! They should be covering for the carpets, aiding with the electric bill for us not even having ac for weeks. DO NOT RECOMMEND. SAVE YOURSELF THE SCAM, they don’t care. There are plenty of REAL “luxury” apartments available, this is a completely overpriced complex, with nothing but issues.
