- NRNatalie Rojas5 days ago5.0This is one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. We moved to Florida but if we were to move back to CT, we would defy come back here. The moment we inquired, we felt extremely welcomed including our dogs. Monica & Elba took time to inform us about everything we needed to know. They told us to bring our dogs right on over the first day we called about availability for the townhouse. During the move, they made it so easy and literally said “Welcome Home” which was such a wonderful sentiment considering we had just moved out of pretty bad apartment complex in Bridgeport. Our neighbors were peaceful and even helpful a handful of times. When we moved out, they mailed us our full deposit and no issues there although we really did take good care of the rental unit. Monica and Elba run that place so extremely well and I couldn’t recommend anyone more wonderful to work with for occupancy.
