- CRCarmen RuemmeleFeb 13, 20255.0My daughter lived here for 2yrs. Monica & Elba always responded to her calls whenever she had questions. One day some guys came to her side of the building and made some minor updates like a new shower head, new fire detectors, new door stopper/wall protector, a wind stopper at the bottom of her door and new carpets and paint job outside the apartment. The snow was always plowed on time and the area was always clean. There was an incident my daughter had and Elba & Monica were able to help my daughter and I appreciated it. This place is dog friendly too. Thank you Elba and Monica for always being there and making it pleasurable for Natalia living there the 2yrs she was there 😊

- AHAshley HamMay 5, 20231.0Sadly not the experience we hoped to have living at Bayshore Apartments. We dealt with many issues including mice, mold and plumbing that were always patched up but never fully resolved so they kept being an issue.
