- GGGracie_saJun 13, 20255.0Wow, this place is so special! I just arrived in CT after a big move and it was a bit of a mad dash to find an affordable apartment. Monica and Elba in the leasing office were so friendly and welcoming even though I walked in without an appointment. Elba immediately volunteered to show me some units on site and Monica met me at their other locations to give me a tour. Everything was clean and newly renovated. Cozy is a good word that comes to mind. Good management was one of the most important things I was looking for and I knew I had found it. Monica, Elba and the maintenance team all really care about the tenants and work really hard to fix any issues as they arise, promptly and effectively. I couldn't ask for a better situation. Huge thank you to the whole team! 🥰🥰

With the new management they are cleaning it up nice the land scape Is so pretty the apartments them selfs are being completely upgraded. Elba and Monica are there if you need them. Would have loved to stay as a retired senior I had to move on to senior housing
