  Working with Amy Barsanti was an absolute dream from start to finish. From the very first meeting, it was clear that she truly cared about getting to know us and helping us find the perfect home. Amy brings an incredible combination of professionalism, deep market knowledge, and genuine care that made the entire process successful and enjoyable. What stood out most was her attention to detail, especially in getting to know our preferences and during the bidding process.   We've worked with Kevin Quick multiple times now, and he is the best! After helping us sell our house quickly in a rough market 15 years ago, he was the first call we made when our elderly parents needed to sell their home of almost 60 years, recently.   My wife and I were moving to our sixth state with some idea of how the process would go but very little knowledge of the NY/CT market. William Pitt Sotheby's provided two exceptional and knowledgeable agents (Mimi Margarelli for NY and Holly Giordano for CT) who helped us navigate and learn both markets during a VERY CHALLENGING market. Both agents really listened and tried to understand what mattered most to us and stayed vigilant and proactive over a 9 month period to help us eventually find the right home for us! Special acknowledgement to Holly Giordano who really helped us navigate not just the real estate elements but a lot of other steps, processes, and procedures in CT that are VERY different from our experience in all of our previous cities/states we have called home.
