Built with a goal to transport residents into the true impressiveness of its Colorado base, The Ridge at Thornton Station advances the concept of one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes in Thornton, Colorado. However, this stylish community isn’t the only innovation in the neighborhood. The North Metro Rail Line, which efficiently connects downtown Denver to the community of Thornton, is positioned just steps away from The Ridge. Together, the pair elevates the spacious city escape to the forefront, while steering residents toward a destination of balance through thoughtful convenience and scenic surroundings.
While some staff members like Amy and Ricky received high praise for their helpfulness and professionalism, others, particularly in management and maintenance, were criticized for being unresponsive and unprofessional.
Maintenance Issues
Many residents reported significant delays and poor communication regarding maintenance requests, with some waiting months for repairs to be completed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review
Ricky Hebert. is an excellent manager at our leasing office. He is very professional, kind, and always helpful. He listens carefully and explains everything clearly. Anytime we have a question or problem, he responds fast and finds a solution. He really cares about the residents and the community. Thank you, Ricky, for your great support and hard work.

There are serious issues with the rest of the staff like the community manager is never there and when I do ask for help it’s like a deer in headlights and he tells me to come back when Amy is there.
The other issue is maintenance. I have never dealt with such a slow and incompetent maintenance team before. When Conner and Davis were still here, work orders would get completed immediately. Now with the new staff that has been here for many months we now wait MONTHS for things to get completed. I’ve seen the rest of the reviews they’ve received recently and clearly I am not the only one who is seeing a trending issue. I mean how hard is it to complete a lightbulb work order???? I am very surprised that Cody and Alfonzo still work here with how many bad reviews they’ve received recently and with the countless emails everyone receives about “being backed up” (makes no sense to be backed up since May for work orders and we’re now in December)..
The only good thing about this property is the leasing consultant Amy. It would be a shame if she were to leave as she is the backbone of this entire apartment complex as she clearly is the only one who knows what she’s doing. Things have gone downhill since Connor left and Cody and Alfonzo and Ricky have started here.
Also I would like to mention that Cody has stated to residents (my neighbors) that certain items in their homes not working are their fault. WHO SAYS THAT TO A RESIDENT!?!? I would also mention that I have heard him say many mean things about Amy when he thinks no one is listening which is absurd and cruel.
I have seen so many male dominated fields in my lifetime but wow this property and team takes the cake when it comes to sexist remarks seeing as Amy is the only woman at this property and it is very clear they do not treat her fairly. This is highly inappropriate and Waterton allowing this to happen says a lot about this company.
I would definitely rent here if you would like as Amy is amazing, however due to no fault of hers, maintenance and upper management are seriously lacking. Rent at your own risk or wait until all 3 of them no longer work there.
If I could leave a 5 star review for Amy personally I would, but I would also like my review to be acknowledged about the rest of the team.

I just moved out of these apartments that I once loved. In the beginning when we moved in a couple years ago, management and maintenance were very attentive and professional . Fast forward to 2025 before I moved out I had a conversation with new managers Amy and Richard (very unprofessional and rude) about possibly renewing my lease because the price to renew was to be raised significantly. Needless to say they made tons of excuses as to why they couldn’t help me (on more then one occasion) even though I made several attempts to reach an agreement(I was practically stone walled). Right then, I knew it was time to move and let’s not mention how long it takes for maintenance to complete work orders that were placed weeks to months in advance (it never used to be like that, work orders would be completed right away). I now look on the website to see that the rent has been lowered to less then what I was paying. That just goes to show how poorly managed this property has become and I am now glad we decided not to renew our lease at $3k a month.
