  Maintenance and the front office have been great so far, they were very kind when we had to move within a few days and they are much better than some of the surrounding apartments in the Denver area for sure! The dual gym is also a plus, with a great view!

  I moved into my apartment in October and have really enjoyed my experience so far. I toured several apartments before choosing PHG and I will say I had the warmest experience during my tour and application process thanks to Ashley. I have had a few issues come up in my apartment and have had maintenance at my door within 24 hours of submitting the maintenance requests. The maintenance team is friendly and efficient. Dawn has also been great as she kept me updated when maintenance was waiting on parts needed for repairs. I also want to give a shout out to PHG for fostering community with a free pantry and community events. I am grateful to be living here!

  It was great living here. Everyone was very understanding and quick to help. Maintenance was on top of issues. And the location is great with the small lake next to the complex. Perfect for running, fishing, or taking an evening stroll.

  Hello everyone. I have lived at the PHG for 6 months. I have read other comments, good and bad. I absolutely love living here. I have yet to have a negative experience. One comment I read stated there was so much dog poop. Well, I can understand the frustration in that regard. However, since that comment was posted, they have changed companies. And yet again, it's not been a negative experience. The first month we moved in, there was a dog poop concern to the point I could not have my slider open. We called and left a message at the office, and before 10 am there were 4 maintenance folks cleaning it up. The office opens at 9, this was a great interaction. Also, a negative comment stated how loud the sirens were from the fire station across the street, I believe anyone would be bothered by this. Although, let me point out: the fire station was built in 1988 and the apartments were built in the late 90's. When they signed the lease they knew the fire station was there, and they were obviously aware of what apartment they were moving in to. I have nothing but good things to say about the office staff. Always, greeted by a smile and a helpful atmosphere. We closed our garage with the remote inside, it took under an hour for someone to come and help us out. This was after office hours. In closing, I'll add my dog, Norma Jean loves going to the office and getting her daily treat; sometimes 2-3x a day. PHG monthly has giveaways for school supplies, Halloween, and this month they've displayed a free pantry for anyone.

  Maintenance has been awesome! They replaced our toilet and responded quickly restoring our hot water. We appreciate it, very much.
