  As mentioned in previous comments the maintenance staff were the only positive point in this community while living here we encountered a major mold issue that took nearly a month and a half to correct and during this time a plumber came to replace our water heater which I was required to assist with upon asking for compensation on this matter it was promised and never received. Talking to the office staff is nearly impossible and you get answers from them that directly contradicted the office manager. Upon moving out we were asked to leave before the end of our lease as they had "already leased out" the unit we were in now going on over 2 months since move out we are still waiting for a security deposit refund that they assure is simply "on its way" but given their history this office is well beyond what I would consider trustworthy

  RUN AWAY!!! If I could give this place negative 5 stars i would. I moved in on December 1st 2025 and when I moved in my unit was not cleaned or touched in anyway, there is mold all over and everything was filthy. Definitely no maintenance was done either and everything is broken and I've put in a laundry list of issues to the office and to maintenance and it's been a month now and still haven't even heard a peep from anyone nor will they ever respond when you call or email and when you go into the office they won't even see you. They make you pay for parcel services for your packages for a locker and yet your packages get dropped at the door what's the point of paying for a locker. The breakers go out all the time and there is no hot water. The property is filthy and there is dog shit everywhere including peoples porches. Trash all over and dead animals everywhere. The office staff is rude and everyone seems to be a smart ass and no one has any intelligence when it comes to there jobs. I just moved in and can't wait to move out. This is by far the worst apartment complex I've ever lived at especially for the price you pay!

  Would absolutely not recommend living here. The only positive experience we had was the maintenance staff - they were incredibly helpful and friendly. The office staff? Cold and generally rude. We had issues with our washing machine leaking water, and I had to follow up with them 5 times to hear anything back, to which they aggressively told me in bold, highlighted text to not use the machine - after not providing assistance for several weeks, what an unpleasant interaction (and how can we not use our washer for weeks? We both worked and needed clean uniforms…) - very frustrating. You have to pay separately every month to park there, and visitors have to pay to park overnight?? Feels insane to me, but granted this was the first apartment I’d ever lived in - so I don’t know if that’s the norm these days. Upon move in, I cried at the state of the apartment - cabinets were missing paint, scratched, door hinges were a mess, outlets were janky, our deck was missing a chunk from the floor?? I’ve included photos from our move in date to this review so you can see the state of the apartment when we first moved into it for yourself. Whoever *supposedly* maintained this place should be fired because it’s clear they did nothing. Then, on top of everything, they boast “tenant appreciation days” which included a tiny bag of maybe 6 pieces of candy, then another time a *single bag of popcorn* with a butter pun, that they put in my Parcel Pending box - so if I had been out of town when they did this, I would have been charged a fee for not picking something up from the Parcel Pending - that they themselves put there! So much for appreciation…. Please find somewhere else to stay, because this was a nightmare for us.

  They almost had me with just the pictures.. I’m glad I went on time to my Schedule tour for an apartment that is not renovated nor available with a to be determined date, even though it’s being listed online.

  This place is a joke dog poop all over the grounds need to remind tenants to pick up after their dogs I guess Dumpster areas need cleaning I caught someone dumpster diving and throwing trash all over the place the other day Windows need washed on the outside they are so dirty 1st-3rd floor They need to be better about cleaning up the property whoever is in charge of cleanup is not doing a good job they need to focus on TRASH AND DOG POOP. ALSO SAFTEY HAZARD THEY NEED TO HAVE PEOPLE COME OUT AND INSPECT DYERS BIANNUALLY DUE TO FIRE HAZARD AND CLEAN OUR DRYERS OUT FROM LENT AND DEBRIS BUT THE SEEM TO DISREGARD THOSE THINGS.
