Kristin Gurule was our property manager and she was always quick to get back to me whenever I needed help or had a question. Even though we never met in person, in my 2 years of renting with Grace Property Management she was incredibly kind and went above and beyond in her job. The whole rental process and payment system were straightforward and easy to use. At one point, Kristin even arranged for a company to trim/edge my yard at no extra cost since our corner home was on a busy street and the city would OFTEN complain about overgrowth — that kind of help really meant a lot to me since I had a busy work schedule, as does she I am sure. Grace Management was awesome, and I would absolutely rent a home through them again! 😄
