  This property is the pits!!! In 8 years here 12 different property managers. Communication is non-existent. I received a response from them that said due to least responsibilities they could not work with me. This was my response to them..... Lease responsibilities!!! I begged for my lease three times back in June and never did anyone ever respond to me. Communication??? Really? Yes I live at the flats my Google maps misspoke because I just left the management office for both properties. This is the second year in a row that this has happened and not the second time. Over 8 years I have been a loyal and responsible tenant. And that loyalty means nothing??

  I visit often as my niece resides in this complex would not recommend this place to live the pool/hot tub never work properly and if open people have parties with glass containers and food in the pool the use the dressing area as there personal place to urinate the grounds are in need of help and the people have no respect for the tenants residing here they charge to much for such a crappy apartment complex. Not to mention all the homeless that live by the trash containers/laundry rooms that are not taking care of mattress, couches other items all around trash containers.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Please read all of this post I update it monthly! To start they refuse to allow you in the leasing office to talk to them in person, they also refuse to answer phone calls, they only allow emails that they will not read. If you try to make a formal complaint they will threaten to call the police on you. We are being forced out of our home because they refuse to get rid of the roach infested restaurant being ran out of apartment 104-F. As of 07/22/25 the roach infested pizza restaurant is still running! Come get yours today!!! Then pick which empty apartment youd like to trash because each door is left open for you to choose, do be careful there are plenty of homeless to join your party!! The roaches have now infested our apartment, no matter how many times I bomb/spray my apartment they keep coming back. It has been an issue for 4 months now, I am ashamed to pay $1700 for a place I cannot live in happily. The common areas are trashed with broken bottles and chicken bones which my dogs often end up finding and eating.This is the most unprofessional and disrespectful apartment complex to live in, I would not wish this place upon my worst enemy. 07/22/25 Guess what everyone they hired an "Exterminator company" for what was suppose to be 4 Thursdays of Spraying, well it was only once. My apartment is yet again covered in Roaches i have thrown away all of my Furniture, dishes, small appliances and will keep food in my cabinets because i don't trust that it hasn't been covered in roaches. This morning i have kill 3 large roaches even after bombing my own house, The health Department has been notified. Yet another up day as of 08/20/25 I alhave officially lost it with this apartment, they "sprayed for roaches again last week, with that came a huge influx of roaches they are falling from my ceiling, they crawl on me, I am now seeking professional help for my rapidly declining mental health due to the fact I love in a situation like this that no one is fixing or helping me with. My apartment looks vacant due to the fact I threw everything away I don't even eat here for fear that roaches of touched my pantry. I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!

  EDIT 08/24/25 : after what seemed like a never ending battle, it seems that management has started to take our concerns a lot more seriously. I believe we now have a new manager, and they seem to be making progress! I've seen a significant change in food traffic as well as the roaches overall, I am aware it is a process, I just appreciate the new management staying on top of it, and enforcing it. The roach problem in my apartment has SIGNIFICANTLY slowed down. Way more than it ever did while the last manager was in charge. Carriage Hill apartments have its issues here and there, like most places, but I'm excited to see this new team make it better everyday! EDIT: I would like to say this is not a reflection my boy Leo from the Maintenance team, he goes above and beyond often, I see it. Leo deserves 5 stars. I didn't want to do this. I'm a nice person. FOR 2+ months I have had a TERRIBLE ROACH infestation. They have sprayed (and failed to continue). There is an illegal restaurant running in the apartment directly. I have proof and the apartment is aware and will not do anything about it. I've given them more than enough proof as well as options to help accommodate the issue. Today I gave them one last chance to offer help and a solution, and I was met with the same excuse with "we have warned them". I'm not even sure why you guys think it's okay that I have roaches crawling all over my kitchen, where I'm supposed to cook myself a meal. They kicked me out of the leasing office and offered no human understand or kindness to my situation. They were upset that I was being aggressive, I wouldn't say I was aggressive, I'm angry. , I kill 10+ roaches a day in my apartment. Maybe learn some compassion and find a way to help and calm down your tenants instead of acting scared. I'm not here to hurt anybody, just have a clean house. I have never felt that much disrespect ever, especially from a place that I pay 1600$ a month to live in. Nevertheless, I could go on with a books worth of other problems, but I try to be understanding. But this has gone too far. I can't wait to see what the Colorado Health department has to say on Monday (: seeing as it's a direct health violation. Not to mention blatantly illegal. Ps.
