- ASAdriana SanchezJan 5, 20261.0DO NOT MOVE HERE. This will be my last year here and I’m dreading it! They mess with our water almost everyday and it’s been like that for months! I’m sick and tired of not having water between the early hours of the day. If you guys know there are repairs needed DO THEM DURING SLEEPING HOURS this is so inconvenient and I have a daughter who I need water for her bottles for.. it’s to the point where it’s getting frustrating. This building is full of mold and my kitchen floor has started caving in. I had made this issue aware to someone before but they keep changing management and staff! DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I received a response from them that said due to least responsibilities they could not work with me. This was my response to them..... Lease responsibilities!!! I begged for my lease three times back in June and never did anyone ever respond to me. Communication??? Really? Yes I live at the flats my Google maps misspoke because I just left the management office for both properties. This is the second year in a row that this has happened and not the second time. Over 8 years I have been a loyal and responsible tenant. And that loyalty means nothing??

We have gone without hot water a handful (or more) of times throughout this time and no one has communicated to us any updates. I have missed work because they have no sense of urgency to repair urgent problems. If they are comfortable going to work without a shower that's on them but some of us do not. I do not recommend this place to make a comfortable home especially if you have a job or kids. The rent is way too high for the problems we experience here. Not to mention the fees they want to just throw up on you out of no where, and without communication.
